Your 879jl account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The following rules govern the creation, maintenance, and use of your 879jl account:

879jl supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Instapay, and PESONet. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 879jl does not charge deposit fees on supported Philippine payment methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 879jl bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements before they can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds with an active bonus attached may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• 879jl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting additional documentation for large withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Any deposits made by payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable transaction fees.

879jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus credits, free spins, or promotional cash, and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is specified in the relevant promotion's terms page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 879jl platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 879jl games, place bets, or conduct any platform activity without prior written approval from 879jl.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, avoid betting limits, or circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion.

879jl employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to monitor for prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in any investigation involving potential illegal activity by platform users.

879jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. Gambling on 879jl should always be an enjoyable leisure activity — never a way to generate income or escape personal difficulties.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time through their account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and wager limits are also available to help players manage their gambling activity and expenditure.
• Players who feel they need a break from gambling can request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days by contacting 879jl support.

• The 879jl name, logo, and brand identifiers may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with any third party without 879jl's express written consent.
• Game content, artwork, and software provided by third-party game suppliers remain the intellectual property of those respective suppliers and are subject to their separate licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 879jl's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 879jl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 879jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.
• 879jl is not responsible for losses arising from network connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or internet service disruptions on your end during gameplay or transactions.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 879jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their accounts by contacting 879jl support, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, active bonus wagering requirements, and outstanding withdrawal requests.

879jl may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any other 879jl policy.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Been determined to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Acted in a manner that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players or 879jl staff.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 879jl reserves the right to void all bonus balances and retain any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, after all due diligence checks are completed.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the 879jl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to game outcomes, account actions, bonus terms, or financial transactions — must first be submitted to 879jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
• 879jl will acknowledge dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgment.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through 879jl's internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism as the appropriate regulatory body for online gaming disputes in the Philippines.
• By accepting these Terms, you agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from your use of the 879jl platform that cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
